Would definitely recommend for a short visit.
Spacious room, modern amenities, including a gym and free laundry facilities, made our stay enjoyable, and the location is excellent with numerous dining options within walking distance while being just 20 km from the airport.

i booked a room with an extremely comfy bed, coffee, a writing table, and a chair. the views of the cathedral were fantastic. the location was favourable as for me, very close to bars, restaurants and the fjord and the port. there was piazzetta restaurant right by the hotel.
The hotel staff was kind of rude.

The absence of adequate housekeeping was a letdown. Requests needed to be made a day in advance just to have the trash emptied. A rather limited breakfast menu felt restrictive, especially with no options for cereals or oatmeal, and the kitchenette lacked essential cookware like a frying pan despite having a hob included. The entrance accessibility was poor-only stairs made for a cumbersome entry with luggage or strollers.

The reason we loved it was very good staff and location. Pleasant staff, offered us wake up calls and ironing. Don't forget to explore Chicoutimi district. Ordered diner at their on-site restaurant Inter.

Our visit to this hotel was enjoyable thanks to the spacious and modern room we had. The beds were comfortable, allowing for a great night's sleep. The location was also a highlight, with plenty of restaurants and attractions nearby. I was disappointed with the limited breakfast options available. I expected more variety than just a fixed menu.

1 urgent need to change the matress 2 we have breakfast included we chose the lower price ( 1 egg with bacon ) I ask for a single slice of cheese yes sir with an extra $1.31 thank you mam 3 lucky for us we had a copy of our booking the price asked was more than the booking DO WE RECOMMEND ???? good experience , but could use some improvements
My family enjoyed the spacious Superior King Room that was beautifully furnished. The modern design felt fresh, and the convenient free laundry facilities were a huge plus for us. We particularly appreciated the city view from our room.
The noise from the street was a bit distracting at times.

The hotel was really nice and modern with spacious rooms! We had a comfortable stay, and the location was perfect with lots of restaurants nearby.
It wasn't exactly inexpensive, but still reasonable in the end.
